On the menu: vegetarian dishes, charcuterie and cheese platter, salads, soups, sandwiches, savoury snacks, pastries, local ice creams ans drinks...
"Le Quai des Haltes" is a place set in the heart of nature, a place so authentic that each stop is a suspended moment to be experienced and shared.
With us, you can nibble on ‘local food on the go’:
- You can sample local, artisanal and seasonal products on our shady terrace, in our garden or in the small rooms of the old station, which has been completely refurbished!
- You can also take our sandwiches, savoury snacks (local toasts, vegetable cake, courgette and comté waffle...), salads, soups, pastries... with you in your rucksacks and panniers.
You can also book your "picnic drive", your "picnic at the table", your breakfast (served in the small rooms of the old station from 8am), your "group meals"... Made-to-measure is also one of our specialities! Just give us a call!
All our products are carefully selected, and over 90% of them are grown and/or processed in the Ardèche (the remaining 10% are quality, regional and usually organic products). All our dishes and desserts are home-made using local, seasonal produce.
Our customers recommend :
- The chef's chestnut/hazelnut moelleux, to be enjoyed all season long (when there's some left!)
- The charcuterie and cheese platter served in high season (May, July and August).
- The "Dolce Via Brunch" served every Sunday in low season (April, June, September and October), by reservation (3 courses: at 11.30am, 1pm and 2.15pm).
On site, a number of games are available for you to enjoy during your stay: large wooden games, air hockey table, Mölkky, Breton shuffleboard, petanque boules, card games, board games...
Good to know:
- On site: coffee/tea lounge and snacks all day long, ordered and served at the counter.
- Reservations highly recommended, whatever the season, for breakfast, lunch, a "picnic drive", a "picnic at the table", a "Dolce Via Brunch"...
- Please note: every Sunday in low season (April, June, September and October), only the "Dolce Via Brunch" is served, by reservation (3 courses: at 11.30am, 1pm and 2.15pm).
- Breakfast by reservation (served in the small rooms of the old station from 8am),
- The small rooms of the old station can be reserved for groups and families (12 to 14 people).

Sustainable tourism
"Le Quai des Haltes" is the ideal stopover for nature lovers and slow tourists. Nestling along the "Dolce Via" cyclepath, our authentic spot invites you to slow down and enjoy the moment to the full. Here, everything exudes conviviality: carefully selected local produce, a shady, sunny terrace sheltered from the noise, a garden where time stands still, and the old little station where you can share a game of cards or a board game... This is a place where simplicity rhymes with serenity and generosity!
